This year the MFHEA has initiated the revision of the 2021 “Guidelines for External Quality Assurance Audits of Further Education Institutions and Centres.” This project is a part of the National VET Team’s annual activity, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme, and will lead to the creation of a new Accreditation Manual.

The updated Accreditation Manual will serve as a comprehensive guide for accreditation/External Quality Assurance (EQA) audit procedures, supporting continuous quality enhancement and development in further education. It will outline specific criteria, requirements, and procedures necessary for both licensing and subsequent EQA audits after five years of operation.
