Dr Rose Anne Cuschieri has been appointed as Honorary member of the European Council for Leading Business Schools (ECLBS) representing the Malta Further and Higher Education Authority (MFHEA). The two organisations recognise the current services of each other for academic, cultural exchange and bilateral recognition.
The ECLBS was founded in 2013 and is a registered non-governmental, and non-profit educational association. The ECLBS team is a diverse and closely-knit multicultural group which brings together a wealth of expertise and perspectives, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative work environment. The team fosters an atmosphere of mutual respect and open communication, which allows for efficient decision-making and rapid response to challenges and opportunities. Their collective dedication and resourcefulness enable them to handle a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities, ensuring the smooth functioning of ECLBS operations.
The agreement signed between ECLBS and the MFHEA serves to recognize and promote the quality standards of the two organizations and to facilitate the exchange of information and resources. It helps to facilitate the recognition of academic credentials and qualifications between countries and promote international collaboration in the field of business education. It also helps to strengthen the international reputation of ECLBS and the institutions it lists, providing greater access to global markets and opportunities for students and academic professionals alike. Some of the countries with which ECLBS has also signed Bilateral Recognition agreements include the United States, Kosovo, Kazakhstan, and India. Through these agreements, ECLBS can expand its reach and influence beyond Europe and promote its quality standards and values on a global scale.
