The Malta Further and Higher Education Authority (MFHEA) is launching an open Call for Expression of Interest for one expert with experience in Quality Assurance in the Further and Higher Education Sector in Malta to provide continuous professional development sessions to VET institutions on the standards of the new Accreditation Manual as part of The National VET Team-Annual activity planning co-funded by Erasmus + Programme project.

Purpose of the Call

The MFHEA aims “to foster the development and achievement of excellence in further and higher education in Malta through research, effective licensing, accreditation, quality assurance, and recognition of qualifications established under the Malta Qualifications Framework.”– (Source: Chapter 327, Education Act)

The VET providers will be provided training on the standards of the new Provider Accreditation Manual which is applicable as from 1^st January 2024.

Tasks

The expert will be requested to

• Deliver training to VET institutions during 6 different workshops in 2024.
• Prepare and disseminate information material during the workshops.
• Participate in the Final Webinar of the project in December 2024

The remuneration for this task is EUR 2,400.
