Legislation
The below legislation regulates the further and higher education sphere in Malta. The aim is to further assist the Malta Further & Higher Education Authority in its mission to maintain, uphold, enhance and improve standards. This legislation also takes into consideration the 2012 European Regulations for Further and Higher Education, including the European Standards for Guidelines and Quality Assurance in the Higher Education Area and the European Quality Assurance Reference Framework for Vocational Education and Training (EQAVET)
